3. The prices quoted in the shop

 

All prices appearing on the site www.monitoringlasu24.pl store are given in Polish zlotys. Prices are on a net and gross, where include 23% VAT.

 

The price of each available is valid at the time of order.

 

Prices of goods listed on the site www.monitoringlasu24.pl do not include shipping costs.

 

4. Orders and Delivery

 

Orders are accepted via an order form on page www.monitoringlasu24.pl, by phone and by e-mail e-mail.

 

Acceptance of an order takes place upon receipt by the Purchaser e-mail confirmation of the order. Thus, there is the conclusion of the sale and purchase agreement between the Purchaser and the Seller - shop www.monitoringlasu24.pl

 

Orders placed and confirmed are delivered within 7 working days.

 

For each order we issue a receipt or invoice request.

 

www.monitoringlasu24.pl has the right to withdraw from the contract, in case the data provided by the Buyer is incomplete or incorrect.

 

The buyer may pay for ordered goods on by:

 

-przelew bank on account of the shop,

 

-paid on delivery (receivable gets a deliverer)

 

- In person at the store

 

Orders are delivered by UPS or TNT, through the Polish Post, depending on the choice made by the buyer.

 

The cost of delivery of ordered goods on Polish territory is (regardless of the number of ordered products):

 

-POSTAGE Poland - 12 zł (priority mail)

 

-POSTAGE Poland - 17 zł (by priority mail, delivery)

 

-Kurier 30 - 40 zł

 

-Kurier45 - 55 zł (parcel delivery)

 

Delivery by an employee www.monitoringlasu24.pl is possible only within the city Wrocłaiwa after prior contact (by phone or mail) and by appointment.

 

The cost of delivery of ordered goods in the city of Wroclaw is (regardless of the number of ordered products):

 

-paid in advance: 10 zł.

 

-paid on delivery: 10 zł.

 

Orders placed through a catalog www.monitoringlasu24.pl are carried out within 7 working days.

 

Delivery time shipment to the buyer is:

 

-POSTAGE Poland - 2 to 4 days (priority mail)

 

-Kurier UPS, TNT - the next business day.

 

-pracownik www.monitoringlasu24.pl store - by appointment, within a period not exceeding 7 days.

 

While receiving the order from the shop, check the presence of courier condition of her pack. In case of any damage must be written down together with the deliverer appropriate complaint protocol.

www.monitoringlasu24.pl reserves the right to pursue recoveries shipping costs incurred in connection with transport of the goods ordered in case of non receipt by the Purchaser without giving her a reason.

 

 5. Refunds goods

 

According to the Law of 2 March 2002 'On protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by dangerous products' (Journal of Laws of 2000. No. 22 poz.271) the buyer has the right to cancel the purchase in the shop www. monitoringlasu24.pl without giving any reason within 10 days of receipt.

 

To comply with this deadline, you must send a written statement before its expiry in writing or via electronic mail e-mail.

 

www.monitoringlasu24.pl agrees to make a refund within 7 working days from the date of delivery.

 

Reimbursement shall be made by bank transfer to the account specified by the Buyer.

 

Refundable costs of delivery to the customer and the cost of the ordered product. The cost of returning the product to the store to the Buyer.

 

6. Complaints

 

All products being offered www.monitoringlasu24.pl are brand new and are covered by the manufacturer's warranty or guarantee of the vendor.

 

www.monitoringlasu24.pl committed to positive response to warranty if the product had a technical defect, and in the event of a defect resulting from delivery.

 

The faulty product should be sent to the store www.monitoringlasu24.pl

 

The complaint is dealt with within a maximum of 14 days from the date of delivery by www.monitoringlasu24.pl

 

www.monitoringlasu24.pl reserves the right not to accept consignments sent for collection or at the expense of the store.

 

7. Other

 

In matters not regulated herein shall be governed by the Civil Code, the provisions of the Act on electronic services and other relevant provisions of Polish law.
